Returns

Refunds and exchanges are not offered on sale items or any items purchased using a discount code or as part of a sale promotion. All discounted items are considered final sale. This excludes our Welcome sign-up offer used on a full-price order.

AUSTRALIAN RETURNS PROCESS

Returns must be lodged by emailing hello@rachelrutt.com with your Order Number as the subject headline and a digital copy of your receipt. 

Returns must be lodged within 14 days of the date of delivery. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted. RUTT Australia reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.

Returned merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and hygiene seals still attached. Garments must not have been worn or washed. 

RUTT Australia is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. We recommended you include tracking and insurance for your protection.

Once your return has been received and verified to our return policy standards, your return will be processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping costs are not refundable. 

We are unable to offer exchanges, we instead ask that you return your order for a refund following the above steps, and purchase your desired item(s) as per the standard ordering process.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS PROCESS

International return shipping is a flat rate of $25, this will be deducted from your refund. 

Returns must be returned back within 14 days of the date of delivery. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted. RUTT Australia reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.

Returned merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and hygiene seals still attached. Garments must not have been worn or washed.

Customers who refuse a shipment from RUTT Australia are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of return shipping.

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, garments will be checked over prior to receiving approval for a refund. Once approved, your return will be processed. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving the returned garments, excluding shipping charges.
